Connoisseurs drink moar wine!
The vineyard above the farm is between 30-60% steep. It's slightly elevated position facing the afternoon sun and fertile soil, provide optimal conditions for grape maturation.
The vineyard is maintained by hand during crucial points of production, such as the "grape separation" stage, which allows for maximum quality.
On the moar farm the "Southtyrolian Vernatsch" a very typical grape of the region, is grown in addition to classical grapes like "Cabernet Sauvignon", "Lagrein" and "Merlot"
moar lagrein
The Lagrein dunkel is full-bodied and powerful. Its bouquet signature is defined by a light scent of violet and dark wild berries. The wine is fruity on the palate, rich, and has a mellow acidic finish. Its color is ruby to dark garnet red with light violet tones.
moar vernatsch
The Vernatsch is pleasantly fresh and fruity. Its bouquet ranges from cherries to tones of bitter almonds while its color is a shining clear strong ruby red. It tastes mellow. This wine is perfectly balanced and pairs well with antipasti of meat with sweet cheeses.
moar cuvèe
The Cabernet-Merlot has a robust, peppery and earthy flavor of green paprica and black currants. The wine is rich, compact and long in the finish. Its color is deep, dark ruby- to garnet red and it is preferable served with wild meat and spicy cheese.
Moar Müller Thurgau
The Müller-Thurgau has an intense floral fragrance. This ranges from grassy and varietal nutmeg notes to nuances of sage. This white wine has a greenish to light yellow colour. The taste is fresh and delicately aromatic with a pleasant acidity.
